The Vocational School of Kapadokya University trains technically competent professionals equipped with strong practical skills that the IT sector demands. The Computer Programming program teaches algorithmic structures and software development techniques through applied instruction, preparing students for desktop, web, and mobile application development. The Information Security Technology program cultivates individuals with strong cybersecurity awareness, enabling them to develop competencies in data protection, threat analysis, and network security. The Cloud Computing Operations program focuses on virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management, graduating technically proficient individuals who are rapidly employed in the field. The Digital Transformation Electronics program centers on the Internet of Things, embedded systems, and automation, enabling students to take active roles in digital transformation projects through field practice. The Corporate Information Expertise program imparts the technical knowledge and systems analysis skills necessary to manage an organization’s digital infrastructure. The Autonomous Systems Technician program trains individuals capable of managing robotics and sensor-based autonomous systems.

The Faculty of Computer and Information Technologies at Kapadokya University prepares its undergraduate students not only with knowledge but also with analytical thinking, project management ability, and a research mindset. The Information Security Technology program teaches advanced cybersecurity systems, while the Information Systems and Technologies program offers in-depth instruction on hardware–software integration and system architecture. The Data Science and Analytics program focuses on big data analytics, machine learning, and decision-support systems. The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning program provides comprehensive training on neural networks, deep learning, and autonomous systems. The Software Development program is structured around developing user-oriented, secure, multi-layered software solutions. The Management Information Systems program trains leaders who can integrate technology and managerial expertise within digital transformation processes.

Kapadokya University guides its students in artificial intelligence through academic content, training, and sectoral developments available via ai.kapadokya.edu.tr. The newly established Artificial Intelligence Studies Commission directs strategic developments in this field. The 1st National Artificial Intelligence Meeting, held in 2024 at the Ürgüp Factory Campus, brought together academics, entrepreneurs, and students from across Türkiye. As part of KÜN’s AI vision, the “Artificial Intelligence Literacy” course has been integrated into the curriculum of all undergraduate and associate degree programs. Through AI awareness initiatives and projects such as the Artificial Intelligence Talks broadcast on YouTube, KÜN prepares its students for the future of generative AI.
